The 1st of 2 calves out of the very highly anticipated L12 donor (79B daughter) we purchased from Chad Thompson. This charcoal, black HIA son is an absolute specimen. Muscles that can shear but has the YETI shag. We think this calf can range from a Class 8 to 11 at Fort Worth depending on how he’s managed. An absolute heavy weight at OYE. Take the hair off, and he’s a hammer shearing calf. Dual purposed with lots of end points. As good of a black calf as we have ever raised.

This is the 2nd of 2 calves in this sale out of the L12 donor. This thing is wild built. Insane neck set. As square as you can make one, from the top of his blades all the way back to his pins, then carrying straight to the ground. He’s all there with the big, swoopy belly. We peg this one as a very high quality shearing black. The proof is in the pudding, an early spring born full brother of his sold north of $100K this year. Elite genetics cannot be understated when seeking elite results.

Wild looking in his front 1/3rd, color colored, and big muscles. Heck of a Simmi calf that is versatile in his end point.

His dam is a full sib to the GOAT, In God We Trust. Just like Lot 9, we probably should be putting this calf in one of our later sales, because in 30 to 60 days, this thing will look like a beast. He had HUGE double dirty TH hair…. But started shucking immediately after we castrated him. This thing could be a big time Fort Worth American. However, he would be an elite shearing Gert or ABC as well. We think very, very highly of this calf. He’s only going to get better.
