In the 1930s and 40s, Mr. Vestal’s grandfather, Dick Vestal, developed a passion for showing cattle. His dedication and hard work led to numerous major stock show victories, laying the foundation for a lasting family legacy. For decades, Reed’s aunts and uncles carried on this tradition, winning numerous breed champion banners. Today, their children and even great-grandchildren continue to honor Mr. Dick Vestal’s legacy.

The Vestal family’s involvement in agriculture goes beyond cattle, with many members also serving as farmers and agricultural educators, inspiring future generations to follow their passions. These deeply rooted traditions form the foundation of Mr. Vestal’s approach to business. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Junction Commercial Real Estate and a graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, Mr. Vestal draws on this extensive experience to elevate Reed Vestal Ranches to new and greater heights.
